Welcome to Impressia Booth Co. ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking our services, visiting our website, or using our photo booth services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
   
• The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event.
   
• Bookings are not confirmed until both the deposit and signed agreement are received.
   
• If the final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
   

• We will work with you to reschedule based on availability.
   
• If rescheduling is not possible, the following refund policy applies:
   
  • Cancellations made 8 days or more before the event date: Full refund less the deposit.
     
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date: Partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
     
• Deposits are non-refundable.
   
• If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
   

• One reschedule is allowed at no additional charge, based on availability.
   
• Additional reschedule requests may be subject to a $100 administrative fee.
   

• You must provide a safe, accessible, and adequate space for the booth (minimum 10x10 ft.), access to standard 110V power, and protection from weather for outdoor events.
   
• We are not liable for delays, damages, or issues caused by venue restrictions, weather conditions, or guest behavior.
   
• You are responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests to equipment or property.
   

• By using the booth, all participants provide informed consent to be photographed, video-recorded, and/or audio-recorded. This includes both:
   
  • The creation of photos, videos, and recordings as part of the service.
     
  • Potential use of such media for marketing and promotional purposes by Impressia Booth Co.
     
• We will post clear signage at events indicating that recording is in progress.
   
• Guests who do not wish to be recorded must notify us prior to using the booth.
   
• This policy complies with the laws of Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Delaware, including all-party consent requirements for audio recordings in Maryland and Delaware.
   

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Impressia Booth Co. retains the right to use event photos, videos, and recordings for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
   
• Clients may request specific photos or videos not be used by contacting us at hello@impressiaboothco.com prior to the event.
   

• Please treat the booth and equipment with care. Abuse or misuse may result in immediate suspension of services without refund.
   
• We reserve the right to stop service if conditions become unsafe or disruptive.
   

• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions beyond our control, including weather, power outages, or emergencies.
   
• Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.
   

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, our services, or an event booking shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland. By booking with Impressia Booth Co., you consent to the jurisdiction of Maryland courts for any disputes.
