The cost for an event depends on the experience setected, booth type, rental duration, and any add-ons. Click on the link below to view package details.
Yes! The set-up time is included in the cost of your package. Our team arrives 60-90 minutes before the event's scheduled run time to ensure everything is set up and ready to go.
For example, if you book a 3-hour package, we will set up for 1 hour before your event begins, followed by 3 full hours of booth operation. You get the entire rental time you paid for without setup cutting into it!
Yes! We offer free travel within 45 miles of Reisterstown. A travel fee applies for locations beyond that distance.
Yes! A professional booth attendant will be onsite for the entire duration of your event.
Yes! After the event, you will receive an online gallery link with all photos taken during your event.
Yes! Our booths have instant sharing options via text or email, allowing guests to download and post their photos immediately.
We need at least 10x10 feet of space for setup and operation. A power outlet must be available within 10 feet of the booth location. Our backdrops are 8 feet tall and require space for set up.
Yes! However, an overhead cover is required to protect the booth from direct sunlight, wind, or rain.
Yes, we require a 30% deposit at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
Yes, we allow cancellations, but we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, we will work with you to reschedule for a future date based on availability.

Yes! Impressia Booth Co. is a registered business in the state of Maryland and carries general liability insurance to protect our clients, venues, and team during events. We are happy to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) upon request for your venue or event requirements.
