Welcome to Impressia Booth Co. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services, visiting our website, or participating in our photo booth experiences, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
   
• The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Bookings are not confirmed until both the deposit and a signed agreement are received.
   
• Failure to remit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation without refund, at our discretion.
   

If a cancellation becomes necessary, Impressia Booth Co. will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a reschedule, subject to availability.

If rescheduling is not possible, the following refund policy applies:

• Cancellations made eight (8) days or more before the event date:
  Refund of all payments excluding the non-refundable deposit.
   
• Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event date:
  Refunds, if any, are granted solely at the discretion of Impressia Booth Co.
   
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
   

Clients are encouraged to notify us as early as possible should unforeseen circumstances arise.

• One (1) reschedule is permitted at no additional charge, subject to availability.
   
• Additional reschedule requests may incur a $100 administrative fee.
   
• Rescheduled events must take place within twelve (12) months of the original event date unless otherwise approved in writing.
   

The client agrees to provide:

• A safe, level, and accessible setup area with a minimum footprint of 10 ft × 10 ft with a minimum ceiling clearance of 9 ft.
   
• Access to a standard 110V power outlet within 25 feet of the booth location.
   
• Adequate protection from weather for outdoor events.
   

The client is responsible for:

• Any damage to equipment caused by the client or their guests.
   
• Ensuring venue access, setup permissions, and compliance with venue rules and restrictions.
   

Impressia Booth Co. is not liable for delays, performance limitations, or service disruptions caused by venue restrictions, weather conditions, power issues, or guest behavior.

• Complimentary travel is provided within a 45-mile radius of ZIP code 21136.
   
• Events beyond this radius may incur a travel fee based on mileage and travel time.
   
• All travel fees must be paid prior to the event, along with the final balance.
   
• Overnight accommodations may be required for events exceeding 100 miles from ZIP code 21136 or ending late.
   
• Parking fees, tolls, and special venue access charges are the client’s responsibility.
   

By participating in the photo booth experience, all users provide informed consent to be photographed, video-recorded, and/or audio-recorded.

This includes:

• Creation of photos, videos, and recordings as part of the service.
   
• Potential use of such media for marketing and promotional purposes.
   

Clear signage will be displayed at events indicating that recording is in progress.
Guests who do not wish to be recorded must refrain from using the booth or notify staff prior to participation.

This policy complies with applicable laws in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Delaware, including all-party consent requirements for audio recordings in Maryland and Delaware.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Impressia Booth Co. retains ownership and usage rights to all photos, videos, and recordings created during events.
   
• Content may be used for marketing, advertising, social media, and portfolio purposes.
   

Clients may request that specific images not be used for marketing by submitting a written request to

Clients and guests must treat all equipment with care.

• Abuse, misuse, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate suspension of services without refund.
   
• Impressia Booth Co. reserves the right to discontinue services if conditions become unsafe, hostile, or disruptive.
   

• Impressia Booth Co. is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, power outages, venue issues, or emergencies.
   
• In all cases, liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.
   

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, our services, or an event booking shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland. By booking services, you consent to this jurisdiction.
